The El Granada Building was constructed in 1904 and is in the 3rd generation of ownership and management by our family. In 1995, the family completed the exterior restoration of the building to match that present at its dedication.

In 2002, we completed the interior renovation of all 46 apartments.
Inside, though rustic in keeping with the period (hardwood floors, claw foot bathtubs and extensive use of exterior light), many modern conveniences are available, including a shared, high speed (1.5 Mbps) T-1 line high speed internet connections, digital coaxial service and multiple telephone lines to each unit.
Studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments on the upper two floors are provided unfurnished on one year leases ending June 30.
